At home, I used to rely on the store bought dressing for ease and convenience. But once I began reading labels and realized most salad dressings have sugar, soybean oil and a list of other ingredients I can’t pronounce, I started experimenting with mixing up homemade salad dressings.
This Greek Salad Dressing takes just 5 minutes to whip up, and is strong and bold in flavor.
Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and dijon mustard. Then pour in the red wine vinegar.
You can whisk the ingredients, but this one is best shaken. So having a container with a lid is key.
This Greek Salad Dressings isn’t just good for salads. Try it drizzled over chicken, salmon, asparagus and even roasted potatoes.
